Great Technicians ... when they show up.
It is an incredible process to actually have the scheduled appointment actualized. Our repair was continually rescheduled for weeks which was tremendously frustrating. Even more problematic was not being able to get through to an actual live human for help. Everything is overly automated and bot-driven. Payment upfront keeps the customer on the hook indefinitely. The full extent of service was never completed. However, the Technician (repair man) Bryan was fantastic, polite, knowledgable, communicative & efficient.

He was polite, on time, attempted to connect with your office to find out reasonfor not servicing my tread mill that is on my Master Contract. This was much appreciated. It used to be easy to schedule appointments before. Bryan deserves 5 stars.

Refrigerator technician
Philip did a great job. He was very pleasant and friendly, he called a half hr before arrival and also when he arrived. He repaired the lighting problem and the ice maker unit promptly and efficiently. Nice gentleman.
