Terrible! PHIL tracked mud and dirt chunks all through my house. He did not do anything other than be negative, complaining the whole time about where my refrigerator is, that he won't touch it, he won't try to repair it because he didn't see a model number and kept saying insulting things to me. How then could he charge $100 . for nothing??? This was the worst service technician I have ever encountered and at my advanced age there have been quite a few. Shame on Sears. Just so wrong. ***NEW POST 11/20/23*** BRYAN CAME TO REPAIR MY WASHER. HE WAS PLEASANT, PROFESIONAL, CURTEOUS AND DID A GREAT JOB FIXING MY WASHER. BRYAN WAS ON TIME, QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, ASKED ME TO PAY DEDUCTIBLE AND HAD ME SIGN APPROVAL TO DO REPAIR--- unlike PHIL, who did not mention deductible, refused to work on my refrigerator ( see above) and added a bogus signature, not mine, on the work order. THANK YOU BRYAN FOR REDEEMING SEARS HOME SERVICES AND THANK YOU FOR QUICKLY REPAIRING MY WASHER.
