Technician was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful explaining the function and prevention of my appliance. I learned a tremendous amount and now feel confident about my equipment and maintaining it in the future. I've always enjoyed using Sears, stellar workmanship and professionals, who are extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend and very much appreciated Tito's workmanship, skills, and professionalism, very pleased, thank you!

Overall rating

The diagnostic men ordered parts. One part was wrong and would not fit. It had a wrong plug on end. We managed to change it and the technician installed it. Why don’t you have the same people install that diagnosed the problem? Not sure who was responsible for this problem Also it would be nice to know if morning or afternoon would be arriving. Please get back to me when you know if it was ordered wrong or a manufacturer problem

Cost is too high. I knew what the problem was and how to fix it, a 15 minute job using a 1/4” socket on 4 bolts. You charged $139 for labor and then another $50 for labor/ preventive maintenance. Not fair!
