Repairman diagnosed the problem in minutes and fixed the problem. He did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Highly recommend Sears repair people.

Matthew is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and courteous.he is by far the best technician I have ever the pleasure to work on my appliances. As for the scheduling department I am VERY dissatisfied. My appointment was canceled 6 times! It has taken 6 MONTHS to get my washer fixed. Taking time off work each time for no one to show up. And having to go to the laundry mat, which costed me a small fortune. I just might be contacting the BBB! I have a sears service agreement contract. I lost 6 months on the contract, and THEY will NOT compensate me for time lost!

The technician was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable, however this is the 12th time that a technician and virtual technician have tried to fix the issue. This has been going on since November 2024
