So my tech was great , but my experience was horrible. The fact that you guys canceled 2 different times for 2 weeks after I waited 8 hours 2 different times is unheard of and unacceptable.

Our technician, Matthew, was excellent. He answered all of our questions and did a nice job. Our only complaint is that the company cancelled on us twice. We were without a washer for almost 4 weeks. An unreasonable amount of time, in my opinion.

The technician was great and I have nothing but good to say about him. The company's scheduling system was a nightmare though. The scheduling is all done by an AI bot and they only give an arrival window of 8am-5pm. So you're forced to take the entire day off. The 1st visit went fine, we ordered the part and scheduled a followup service. The day the part arrived in the mail, the bot closed out the work order which took the install date off the technicians schedule. So I took that day off and he obviously noshowed. I rescheduled another visit and took another day off. This time I waited until about 1pm then got a text from the scheduling AI that the technician wasn't coming and I needed to reschedule. The 3rd time he finally showed up but it was a 3rd day off for me. A colossal and unnecessary waste of time. I would've given zero stars for the scheduling if I could. The technician however I'd give 5 stars.

Awful - Jessie was great and so helpful but outside that it’s impossible to reach a human because the whole platform and customer service is AI slop. After sending 2 parts that failed our washing machine still doesn’t work after nearly 6 weeks of back and forth. Don’t recommend Sears!

Had an appointment with them and they never showed up and never called. Do not recommend. Do not call them. They are terrible.

DO NOT use them. They don't show up on time and you can only chat with a bot who, of course,is of no help. The worst.

The first scheduled appointment was a no show, no call nor no email/text. Second time you sent a guy that really didn't know that much about gas stoves.

Three appointments and my washer still isn’t working. They don’t carry parts in their trucks and they don’t seem to be knowledgeable in the repair field. My service agreement is farmed out from Sears to a company called Cinch and they don’t answer the phone when the technician is trying to get a hold of them. Very disappointed
