Overall great experience! I was able to get an appointment quickly, Mark was knowledgeable and able to effectively troubleshoot and identify problems for both over refrigerator and oven, and the arrival of replacement parts and their installation had a quick turn around (just a few days). I plan to continue using Sears Appliance Repairs.
