Once you finally got a service man here it took from February 4th until April 21st to get this service completed you kept canceling canceling without notifying and canceling with notifying your service is terrible the service person was 100% get your act together I would not recommend your service policy to my worst enemy

Only negative l have is our technician signed the work order estimate...we did not... l received email receipt that was a surprise...don't understand why he did that...hegave us verbal information but never asked us to sign..was covered under warranty and we need parts to fix washer...he should have discussed he was signing the paperwork with us before he left.

James was very knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. Unfortunately he was forced to quote an exorbitant price that led me to not use his service. Quote was $672. Still cost me $160 to receive this outrageous quote
