While the service was top notch and Marc fixed our range with no parts, I found $315.00 for a 40 minute service call was pretty expensive. I am sure this price was so high to try and rope me into a $75.00 per month service contract for all our major appliances, to get a 50%.discount on this call. I refused this contract and probably will look elsewhere for future repairs.

Once you finally got a service man here it took from February 4th until April 21st to get this service completed you kept canceling canceling without notifying and canceling with notifying your service is terrible the service person was 100% get your act together I would not recommend your service policy to my worst enemy

Repair person was excellent. However I had a confirmation of the appt on the 23rd and he came today! Good thing I was home.

Only negative l have is our technician signed the work order estimate...we did not... l received email receipt that was a surprise...don't understand why he did that...hegave us verbal information but never asked us to sign..was covered under warranty and we need parts to fix washer...he should have discussed he was signing the paperwork with us before he left.
