Sears Appliance Repair is the worst!!!! Scheduled to have the dishwasher repaired. 1st time showed up on time to do the diagnosis. Charged at that point for the whole repair. Part came in. No show the following week when wife stayed home. They cancelled at 4:30pm. 2 days later, rescheduled specifically after 3pm. They showed at 11am. I repaired myself. Now, I can't even get a receipt from the company after 15 calls. Number they listed below is the same one I’ve called sooo many times. Still no receipt.

**** Edit: This turned out to be a scam. They claim Samsung works with them, but Samsung says they are not in their system. Multiple calls and hours later on the phone, Samsung refuses to send the warrenty part and Sears refuses to help. They say all you can do is tell Samsung to call them, but Samsung does not call the**** service center. I paid to have the refrigerator diagnosed, however, we cannot have it fixed. Waste of money and time. ****Edit: never had to do this before. Down from 5 star to 2 star. Dave was still great, however, the work order did not mention the compressor needing to be replaced. Part is under warrenty from Samsung, but with no mention on work order, Samsung will not replace. Samsung also claims Sears is not certified tech for them, but Sears says they are. 1 hour on phone last night and 1 hour on phone today. Sears says they will send a new work order, but will take 2 to 3 business days. We will see if Samsung will accept it then. Seems if Sears was a Samsung Tech they would send send work order info directly to Samsung i.stead of leaving me to be middle man. Will update review again upon resolution. Hopefully sooner than later. **** Dave was super knowledgeable. We appreciate his expertise. We would use Sears Appliance Repair again in the future and would recommend to others

He did not fix the problem. He replaced the parts, the icemaker and water and still not working.

This company is affiliated with the Lowe's extended warranty. The repairman exacerbated the issue during a brief visit, damaging the product further. Surprisingly, we were then tasked with removing the dishwasher ourselves for future service. Despite our efforts, resolving the matter has been a frustrating two-month ordeal, marked by canceled appointments and false claims of our absence.

I took the day off of work to wait for these clowns. It took a week to get an appointment. They confirmed no fewer than 4 times. Around noon they call to tell me they may or may not be coming but promised to call me back within an hour. They did not. I just received a text message telling me I have a new appointment a week from now. No way to get in touch with a human. No apology. No reply to emails. Nothing. Now I have lost an additional week of use of my appliance, and will be missing 2 days to have it repaired. If I pulled any of this, I would be fired. But these guys plainly don't care. You're better off just buying a new appliance.
