This is the third full day that I have given Sears to show up to fix my stove. I am so frustrated with their service it's ridiculous! They're asking me for a evaluation on somebody who never showed and yet it shows that they did. I still have parts sitting on my stove this is almost 6 weeks later

Didn’t fix the problem, tells me I need to buy a part and fix it myself, which that didn’t fix the problem either. Still took my money though, so now no fixed dryer and out the service fee and the money I paid for the new part.
