**Very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient repairman. A couple of minor complaints but not related to his knowledge or efficiency. **Not impressed with "repair care" - many concerns/issues there, beginning with the initial appointment. **Repair was covered under my home warranty plan. Not a fan that there is a "deductible" charge to my account (even if it removed) for every visit to my related to the same issue!

Todd was pleasant. But he told me he doesn't believe that his technician did the damage to the control panel. "It doesn't look like something my technician would do." is what he said. I was honest with him and said I don't know how he did it and I don't think he realized he did do it. But the fact is that he did. How does it look like he didn't damage it? What does it look like when he damages something? Does he leave a trademark? I am very disappointed.

Fridge repair was made finally on 5/31, but the very next day, it stopped working again. I have been without a working fridge since April, which is not acceptable!
