Joel was efficient, diagnosed the problem and explained the different scenarios with the repair. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Due to the age of the machine I decided to buy new instead.

Technician very nice and professional. He took the time to analyze the problem and came to a conclusion and gave me advice on what to do to avoid the problem in the future. No new parts needed at this time.

Eric was exceptional. He arrived promptly was courteous and worked diligently on my refrigerator. He explained the Home Warranty in detail and the repair service provided by Sears. I would not hesitate to hire Eric again. He is an asset to Sears.
