My GE washing machine was not draining. I scheduled a repair window. The technician called me saying that despite the replacement part being “staged at FSSL,” the part wasn’t even there. I rescheduled the repair to several days later. Then the “team” says their technician wouldn’t be able to make it (texts attached). Do yourself a favor. Skip the hassle and the headaches and find someone else.

Absolutely a total rip off and complete and utter disregard for honesty. The part came from Amazon not “the warehouse.” It was a $20 part that they charged me $415.00 for. DISGUSTING! I am happy to pay a labor fee, however, not being outright lied to about a simple part. UPDATE- the company sent me an email address to send a more detailed explanation of my disgust. THEY NEVER RESPONDED.

First visit was only one person when they needed two. So had to reschedule. Pricing was outrageous. Quoted two parts at $299 when I found them online for $30. Labor quote was $300. I was able to find a YouTube vid showing how to make the repair in 15 minutes. So didn’t have them do the work but spent $139 to learn I’ll never use them again.

There was mouse poop on the insulation which I removed mechanic went on to say I have a rat / mouse infestation. I said we occionalky have mice. It’s unsanitary I can’t work here. Did did Nothing and left. Would not pull machine to another room …. It is not hard wired. I am very disappointed in your service.
