Carl and crew were fantastic. This washer has taken 3 visits to get right but that's a design issue, not the repair folks. They did the work required to do it right

Joel was efficient, diagnosed the problem and explained the different scenarios with the repair. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Due to the age of the machine I decided to buy new instead.
