Eric was exceptional. He arrived promptly was courteous and worked diligently on my refrigerator. He explained the Home Warranty in detail and the repair service provided by Sears. I would not hesitate to hire Eric again. He is an asset to Sears.

Our technician was TOP RATE!!! He explained everything really well and gave us good advice. I wasnt crazy about the AI scheduling, really sucked. But once the tech got here we had awesome service.
