Excellent experience with our serviceman. He was open/honest and made our decision an easy one. Even though our washer was basically too expensive to fix (in our opinion) I very much appreciate his feedback and recommendations

Eric attempted to repair my refrigerator which was a Kitchen Aid only 7 years old. He came back 3 times after ordering warranty parts. He worked very hard trying to replace 5 different parts. In the end all his efforts were to no avail as the problem was a constriction within the guts of the unit. Eric is a very hard worker who tried his best. Thank you Eric. In the end I had to purchase a new refrigerator.
