Would rate sears the corporation 0 stars if I could making me wait 5 months and wasting g my time:money to the point they disassociated my phone number with an open repair order (since April). However the technicians are solid and carry experience. Hope they find a better gig than the Mickey Mouse corporation this is.

Eric contacted me about his arrival time and was prompt. He thoroughly checked the dehumidifier and explained what the problem was. Unable to be repaired, the dehumidifier will have to be replaced. He was courteous and professional. I appreciate that he kept the appointment with me to get this taken care of. Thank you.
