Joe the technician was very pleasant and definitely knew his job, within a few minutes he knew what was wrong with my washer and corrected it and gave me a suggestion of how to use a washing machine cleaner at times

Has visited twice. After 1st visit the temperature panel that previously worked, no longer worked. The dial that was loose and not operating was “fixed” but so tight it was hard to turn. Another repairman came to remedy the panel and knob. While the knob was repaired, he needed to order another panel, Technician returned to install new panel and could not get the new part to work properly (firmware compatibility ). He was going to leave us with a non-working machine, so we had him re-install the partially working panel until we received a call about a machine replacement. The issue has not been resolved; we are still waiting for a call.

Quick, efficient, and friendly. The two techs were great, labor was reasonable, but I got charged $200+ for a part that came from Amazon costing $25. That is not reasonable at all.

I think there's a problem with the way the technician is being tracked. I received a message this morning that he would be at my house by 10 a.m. didn't see him until 12:30

Appointment made via automated system only with time frame between 8am-5pm. First appointment was a no show. Wasted an entire day. 2nd appointment was useless as tech tells me the valve needed for my icemaker is no longer available & I’m charged $151.00 for that!! Tech never advised me I could still dispense ice from the door as long as I filled the ice bin. I had to figure that out on my own. Just another way for Sears forcing us to purchase a new appliance. Why would a valve not be available???

Easy to schedule an appointment however the technician didn’t diagnose the problem correctly and scheduled replacement of a part that is now working fine. Worse is they won’t refund me the money for the service they didn’t perform over 3 wks ago. They keep saying 14-21 business days to process refund and no updates can be verified online so I call weekly and no conclusion

Absolutely a total rip off and complete and utter disregard for honesty. The part came from Amazon not “the warehouse.” It was a $20 part that they charged me $415.00 for. DISGUSTING! I am happy to pay a labor fee, however, not being outright lied to about a simple part. UPDATE- the company sent me an email address to send a more detailed explanation of my disgust. THEY NEVER RESPONDED.
