First visit was only one person when they needed two. So had to reschedule. Pricing was outrageous. Quoted two parts at $299 when I found them online for $30. Labor quote was $300. I was able to find a YouTube vid showing how to make the repair in 15 minutes. So didn’t have them do the work but spent $139 to learn I’ll never use them again.

There was mouse poop on the insulation which I removed mechanic went on to say I have a rat / mouse infestation. I said we occionalky have mice. It’s unsanitary I can’t work here. Did did Nothing and left. Would not pull machine to another room …. It is not hard wired. I am very disappointed in your service.

This was an expensive and nightmare experience that ended with my dryer not fixed. We paid $430 and still have a broken dryer. 3 repair people came. The first one replaced our belt and told us it was fixed. It broke 5 mins later. They couldn't get another repair person for 2 weeks, refused to give a refund. Then, the next repair person came and explained the 1st guy out in the incorrect belt. 2 weeks later another person came with the correct part and said that it could not be fixed because the motor was burned out due to the incorrect belt. No refund. No fixed dryer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TOTALLY SCAM! EMAILED THEM- NEVER HEARD BACK. ISSUE DIDN'T GET RESOLVED
