I've had sears protection plan for 41 years and since sears main store went down the service has been SHIT! Cancelled appointments, failure to diagnose, and now computer glitches in even getting an appointment! Their AI is completely stupid! I'm so done!

The original service call to diagnose the issue with my refrigerator was within three days of the initial request. Then a second appointment was scheduled to replace the failed parts for the following Thursday. That Friday came and the automated system informed me that the tech would be out between 1 and 3 PM. Three o'clock came and went with no tech, so I went back online to see what was going on. Lo and behold, the original time frame had disappeared. So I called the number and got the worthless automated phone system. Then at 5 PM, I got another text stating that the tech would not be out that day and have me options to reschedule. So, I rescheduled for the following Friday. Again, no call, no show. So at 3 PM, I went back to the automated system and finally got the answering service which was worthless as they are in Southeast Asia. After a heated discussion on my part, as I was frustrated, I told them to send in the request for an update. Lo and behold, again I got a text rescheduling my service call. This was the straw that broke the camel's back. I decided to drive out to their Liverpool office to have a talk with them. Problem is that the Liverpool office is a liquor store. So I went to the Mattydale office. That is a Dunn Tire shop. If they do not show up on 7/7/25 as the new scheduled day of service, I will be reporting them to the BBB and speaking to my bank about my options in retrieving my money that I paid up front.

Serviceman was very good. Knowledgeable about dryer and parts required. Company was terrible to deal. Had problem ordering parts and there was no one to talk to. Waited 4 weeks to finish repair because could not contact anyone to report issues. Will never use this company again.

Highly do not recommend this company. They came out to service my refrigerator in January 2025. A technician diagnose the refrigerator and ordered a bunch of parts and set up a second appointment for him to return to repair the fridge once the parts came in a new technician showed up once the parts came in and said he wasn’t sure why the previous technician ordered all those parts were and that they were unnecessary and he would returned the parts and I should expect a refund for 546.95 in 10 business days. It is now May 10th 2025 and I have called 8 different times trying to get the money that is owed to me with no luck. I just keep getting a call center that says the refund is in a pending status. At this point I’m not even sure this is a real company and feels like a scam!

The experience was very bad first they charge us 500.00 dollars for the parts and 126 dollars to evaluate. Then I make another appointment which is charging an additional 600 dollars. We want our money back the washing machine was not fixed. The technician had bad behavior, he could be heard and looked annoyed.

My experience was horrible. The technicians were polite and informative. I have a double Kitchen aide oven I put in a request to have my upper oven serviced. The first technician that came to my home and repaired the igniter on the lower oven so the upper oven still didn’t work. I set up another appointment and was told the visit was covered under warranty but would have to pay for the part for the upper oven. Doesn’t seem fair that I had to pay for a part that I never needed to begin with. When I called to get my money back for the visit I got an automated system with no option to speak to a real person. If you go with this company be prepared to watch everything they do. Also be prepared to never be able to speak to a representative on the phone.

a service technician came to my home diagnosed the problem charged me 144$ for service call with no written estimate for a repair .When i called back to find out the cost of the parts and labor for the repair (transfer to 7 different representatives with poor english ) who could not answer the question was told only way to find out was to schedule another appointment for 144$ only the technician could give me an estimate and they have no way of contacting them . rip off scam .After 2 hours on the phone and email still no idea of what the repair cost is
