The technicians were very efficient, and everything could have been wonderful if they had fix the washer. But when I started a wash there was no cold water again. In summary nothing was fixed.

I would never recommend to anyone to purchase the Sears Home Services. They came seven times to fix my fridge and still haven’t fixed. It’s been going on since November last year.
