Tadd knew what was wrong immediately and after parts were received he fixed our dishwasher fast! He explained everything he was doing and gave us pointers on avoiding problems in the future. He was very careful not to make a mess. He dealt competently with the company on the phone when a payment problem arose. I would love to have him back anytime I need any repairs! Thank you for a job well done!!!
