Very knowledgeable technician. He came out once before about 1-2 months ago to assess my stove top. Something happened between Sears and American home warranty service. He had to come back to reassess. He remembered what was wrong and spent 1/2 hr or longer on the phone trying to get the problem resolved. So glad he came and spent the time to ensure my problem was handled correctly
