Technician was friendly and competent. He determined that the ice maker didn't work because of a broken wire which he promptly fixed. He said the bookrate was $338.00 which is outrageous for 40 minutes work.

Freezer yearly service. The plan has changed and no longer includes new freezer if mine can't be repaired.
