A local appliance repair company referred me to Sears appliance repair for an error message on my Bosch dishwasher. Communication leading up to the appointment was excellent, Brendan communicated his arrival time, and was prompt and very efficient in his diagnosis of the problem. His description of the problem was provided in a way that a person like myself could easily understand the problem and the potential solutions. Beyond beyond describing what was happening, he was able to explain why. Brendan is someone I am very comfortable having in my home as a woman who lives alone; I would trust Brendan as a technician and Sears appliance repair for any future repairs required in my home.
