Technician was friendly and competent. He determined that the ice maker didn't work because of a broken wire which he promptly fixed. He said the bookrate was $338.00 which is outrageous for 40 minutes work.

Initially tech stated it was an issue with door lock motor. Motor was ordered and 2nd visit was scheduled. Part was WAY OVERPRICED. Part was less than $50 when I searched it up on Google. It cost approximately $550 for the Part and the time to replace( took approximately 10 minutes to replace).After replacing the Motor, the tech said it's not the Motor, it's the control board. He stated it'd be an additional $450 dollars. So it would've cost over $1000 for repairs on the oven. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. I COULD'VE GOT A BRAND NEW OVEN. The control board was approximately $110 when I looked it up online. I declined the additional part and told him I didn't want the Motor either. He took it back off and said he'd issue a refund. Ultimately, it cost $150 for nothing and wasted time waiting on tech because they give you a 8-5 window vs a 1-2 hour time slot. I Ultimately bought the part myself got it one day shipped for approximately $140. I plan on replacing the part myself as I had 2 visits and they wanted $1000 to repair!! Completely ridiculous for the time associated with the repairs. I would never call them again
