Technician was friendly and competent. He determined that the ice maker didn't work because of a broken wire which he promptly fixed. He said the bookrate was $338.00 which is outrageous for 40 minutes work.

After waiting well past the estimated service time, the technician said the washer was working fine. It appeared to be, but he never even moved the machine or checked any parts. I went to run the machine, and it didn't even make it through one load. Now I'm being told it will be a couple of business days before I will even hear from anybody on rescheduling a time to have it fixed. I already lost one day of work. Unacceptable!
