Juatin fixed the dryer because the drum spins again. Unfortunately it is making more noise than usual. I fear the motor that turns the drum might give out in short order.

The sears repair man was very knowledgeable. We decided not to repair the refrigerator because it is 12 years old and isn’t worth the money.

Dmitrii is the best technician at Sears that ever serviced our appliance. He’s knowledgeable and very professional. His diagnosis was on point from the minute he looked at the job. He also explained everything. That’s what you look for in a technician. I hope he will be the only one to service our appliance going forward. We highly recommend him.
