"I had an excellent experience with tech Dimitris. He was incredibly skilled, professional, and thorough in repairing my washing machine. Not only did they quickly identify and resolve the issue, but they also took the time to explain the problem and ensure everything was running perfectly before leaving. His friendly attitude and dedication to quality service made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend Dimitris to anyone in need of appliance repair—truly a top-notch expert!" Sears warranty is horrible it took 6 months not fault of tech but the technician made up for it with his courtesy!!!
