Your technician, Osahon, was very polite and checked out myrefrigerator thoroughly. Job well done. Your 2nd technician, Lu was quite knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I was very pleased with his checkups of my dishwasher, range, and microwave. They both arrived much earlier than I expected which I appreciated.
