This guy was knowledgeable. He knew why the dryer wasn’t working, but he didn’t even make an attempt to help clean it out or anything. He just said if y’all wanna clean it out I’ll clean it out or y’all get a new vent really that’s how we do our customers now never experienced this before with.

The technician was pleasant and friendly. The cost for labor for services is too high. I am paying more for the repair than I did for the item that was purchased from Sears. I wasn't pleased about this. That is why I declined the services.

I'm not happy with the service in general. My refrigerator has stopped working over 7 times in less than a year. At what time do we look at a permanent solution.? Sears is not sticking to our agreement. The repair guy from Icelander was fine.
