I called sears 2 month ago to fix my washing machine the cost of the parts is more than washing machine they changed the appointment 10 times I got tired of doing laundry outside and is very costly so after month i had to go and buy new machine today the technician shows s up after 2 months i gave him all his parts back and never going to deal with sears again just an scam

Carl was polite and professional. Unfortunately no diagnostics or evaluation could be done. Sears system would not pull up the model number of my Lieber refrigerator in the system.

The technician get 5 stars. His name is Dimitri. He was respectful, knowledgeable and fast. Sears warranty service is below standard. My dishwasher broke in October 2024 and it was not officially repaired until today 3/20/25. This is after 16 appointments with 12 no shows and no calls. After having this service for over 50 years I think a change is needed. I already started shopping around. My plan is ending in a couple of months and I will never call Sears warranty again

Justin, our repairman, was professional, efficient, and friendly. Our dryer was up and running in a few minutes. I only wish there was a live person to speak with at Sears customer service. My appointment was abruptly canceled on me and rescheduled for a week later. I tried every version of customer service numbers I could find, but never found a real human. I settled for a chatbot and got an earlier appointment. **1/13/25 UPDATE*** My dryer is no longer drying!! Same as before. My wife tried to get an appointment and got one for next week, so one more week without a dryer. I'm so disappointed in Sears service, especially the customer service aspect.

Unfortunately, the site does not allow for a ‘0’ rating. The experience with your service was a nightmare. I have been trying to get this repair done since June of last year. It is now January. Between correct parts not ordered and the technician being a no-show for weeks on end - while your text say someone is coming, I’ve spent days and days in the house waiting for someone to show up. I am a 94 year old woman who was left with half of my stovetop not working 7 months. Because of this I would dissuade anyone from taking out a service contract with your company and indeed, after decades of paying premiums to you, I have discontinued mine.
