This is the second time my fridge needed repair, the technician that came was extremely helpful, very courteous and very well mannered. I was completely satisfied with how he represented Sears. I was grateful to have gotten his advice totally unsolicited. I am not happy that a fairly new fridge needs servicing often. You should employ more people like this gentlemen! Please be sure to pass my compliments to him.
