Your technician was pleasant, professional, courteous & patient, He worked hard to repair my fridge and explained everything to me as he worked. It appears the problem is solved. He also advised me that I have 30 days to report any problems, which I didn't know. The only problem was with parts delivery, as one part arrived too late for the original appointment, so we had to reschedule.
