I have had a miserable experience with your company getting unbeleivable disasterous service My washer is having problems from the beginning of DEC & i have had several technician visits which have confirmed that the parts needed arn't available & i am supposed to get a replacement washer But the company is pulling my leg i am for weeks on the phone with Sears & they keep on telling me all different excuses & every time i am told to wait another 3-7 business days I AM NOT GETTING ANYWHERE WITH YOUR DISGUSTING SERVICE , but of course in another month i will get a call from such a nice speaking person asking "MR HESZKEL WOULD YOU LIKE TO EXTEND YOUR PLAN?? WOULD YOU LIKE TO ADD ON ANY MORE APPLIANCES TO YOUR PLAN??" SHAME TO YOUR SERVICE , I AM A CUSTUMOR FOR SO MANY YEARS & I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS BEFORE
