Overall it is good service. The first guy came and did nothing because the fridge needs to be moved and he has bad back. The second guy came and found the problem and ordered the parts. The same person came when the parts were available but the parts were of wrong type so he ordered it again. The last guy came and installed it. He also helped me level the fridge. Overall, it is good service but I wish the fridge would never have had any problems.

Very nice guy who knows his job.

Very easy to set appointment online, was able to choose a 4 hour window. Repair man called 15 min ahead and arrived right on time. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote before the repair. Had my dryer up and running in no time. I will definitely use Sears repair again if I ever have a problem with any appliance.
