The service technician did a great job fixing the motor and fan for the refrigerator and also installing a filter. Saved us from buying a new fridge.

The problem was taken care of in a timely manner. Parts was ordered they came within 3 days the Tech was on top of it came the next day and the job was completed. I had no problems at all didn't have to do a thing Thank you.

My experience was nothing but great. The technician was a female. She was the best. Personally the technicians are all pleasant. Sears on the other hand need to think of their customers as human beings who need to have their needs be met.
