service guy was well informed, easily understood, and was finished with the repair in no time. only thing i have a problem with is the time frame i always get when i need my product serviced its always a 2 week wait.

The repair man was on time very polite. The checkup on my washer was very thorough and he knew exactly what he was doing. My washer is working fine, this was just maintenance check up.

I really liked that they contacted me an hour before arrival to update me with the appointment time. The guy they sent was very knowledgable, professional, and cleaned up after his repairs. He fixed the problem.

The agent called in the morning to give me a time window for his arrival. He arrived within the window and made an inspection of the boiler. Unfortunately, he pointed out that the problem required a licensed plumber to be corrected. He was unable to give me any recommendations per company policy. I appreciated his honesty. He was courteous and professional.
