Excellent service, the gentleman went out of his way to explain the issue, troubleshoot and fix the issue including the original problem that would keep causing my appliance to break down. This is why i keep my Master Protection coverage from sears, i never have to quibble or worry about repairs. The repairs were carried out efficiently, quickly, and my appliance is almost as good as new. I see some people rate them a little low, but i think most people don't understand exactly what is in their MPA. Just like any other service contract, everyone should understand what is and isn't covered and don't be afraid to ask questions.
