The guys who came were top notch! They explained what they were doing, took care of fixing a billing issue (we were covered for the repair but it did not show up at first)...they went the whole 9 yards for us. Great great experience! I was happy to see them again, because I knew they would fix the problem and make it understandable to me.

Maddie was knowledgeable and generous with sharing his knowledge. The water softener is up and working again.

On time, it truly was a short period of time. Our time slot was from 10 AM to 2 PM the tech arrive at 10:30 AM we were thrilled. Tech went to work immediately and checked out our dryer, washer and fridge. He gave us hints on the fridge to keep it running smoothly and how to remove the bottom grill to dust under fridge. He ran the washer through a cycle and vacuumed the dryer vents. He told us all were fine and it was a wrap.

Repairman did an awesome job! Would call on Sears again to fix another appliance!

The technician was on time. Very professional, polite. Repaired dishwasher, it works. We are very satisfied with this last service call.
