Excellent job.

The first technician came to do the assessment and provided me with a quote and ordered the part. He stated the part would take a few days to come and all we had to do was contact sears and they would send in another technician to replace the part. The second technician installed the part and gave me advise to how to avoid damaging the part that was replaced for the future.

I will admit, I was a little sceptical about the advise given by the repairman. But as it turned out he was spot on..I have not had anymore problems with my appliance since his visit..

The repair man was very nice, he taken care of the problem.I thank you for your service. Yes I do tell my friends on how the service is.
