My technician was not able to find the problem that I called for, but he did perform maintenance and cleaning. As I had requested. He was very nice and very professional. I would recommend Sears repair to anyone.

My technician was professional. He called to notify me of his arrival time that he would be there within 15 minutes. He came in, asked for the parts, pulled out the stove and made the repair.
