Justin was fantastic! He came prepared, diagnosed the issue with my Magic Chef washer quickly, and fixed it efficiently. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. My washer is working perfectly now, and I really appreciate his expertise. Highly recommend Justin for any appliance repair!

The stars are for the technician. The technician was the only good thing about this experience. Trying to communicate with Sears through A1bots and tech chats with supposed humans who barely seemed that was extremely difficult. It has to be possible to speak to a human and be directed to a manager if one is encountering a problem/has a question. I’m very dissatisfied with the communication aspect of dealing with Sears Home Services
