The Sears repairman was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to not simply repair the issue but inform me about how to avoid this in the future. He checked with Bosch to ensure that the fuse he was replacing in my microwave met their expectations. He was timely and when running a few minutes late was courteous in informing me. I love the tracker so that I was able to locate exactly where he was when he was en route. Overall a great experience.
