The Service was great and the technicians arrived on time however I had my refrigerator and my dishwasher serviced by two different technicians. This means that because they are not trained to service both, they double charge for Diagnostic Fee. They do not tell you this upfront. SEARS - Train them so you can send only one tech - Thanks

My Laundry Center was leaking. Sears came out diagnosed the problem. Actually, it needed quite a few repairs. Long story short, the job is done and I'm very happy my machine is working properly. My only complaint is that it took over a month to complete the repairs. The techs kept ordering parts piecemeal instead of ordering all of the potential parts necessary. Thank goodness I bought the extended warranty otherwise I would've had to buy a new machine.
