Repair was done well. However, the unit shouldn't have failed in the first place - this was a three year old Kenmore Elite (manufactured by LG) and all of our food was in coolers after the compressor failed. The call center was also problem - they could only promise me a repair five days out. Luckily, the email they sent allowed me to reschedule for the next day. Not sure why the guy on the phone couldn't do it. (On the bright side, the call center hours are good, this was a Sunday.)

My repair technician was able to repair the issue. I spent about $600 all together with parts alone, but compared to prices of a new refrigerator I suppose it is the best economical route. I was not ready to spend over $1000 for a fridge. My technician also noticed another issue with my doors, which cost another $120. I am awaiting for that part to arrive and they will install that as well soon. My fridge has been working well and I hope get the same technician since he appears to be knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience with Sears. Sears have also installed our garage door and front door, that was fantastic service as well.

While I opted to not have the repair completed (repair cost exceeds replacement cost), the courteous dispatcher gave me an appointment the same day I called for an oven repair. The technician called me en route to discuss my problem, arrived within the assigned time frame and was polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. 2 thumbs up to Aaron !

I used this service for the very first time recently and was very disappointed . I booked the appointment from 8-12 am and the tech never showed up. I waited all day to then receive a text after 3:00pm to reschedule. I rescheduled for the same time slot and the tech called me at 9:37 , told me he was 10-15 minutes away , arrived 40 minutes later. Find out the washing machine was fine, it was the water line. Need to call someone else.

Dmitrii, the tech was great. The automated system was awful. I kept getting conflicting texts the entire day of my appointment. I was scheduled 8-12. Day of, I was told was coming 7-9. Then I got notified appointment was cancelled. When I couldn’t get a person on the phone, I waited it out in hopes that the automated system was wrong. Sure enough, I got a call at 3:30PM that repairman was on his way. So although was convenient to book online initially, the automated day of system is terrible and will cause me to go elsewhere.
