I had a great experience with the Dexter from Sears A&E refrigerator technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and arrived right on time. From the moment he started diagnosing the issue, it was clear he knew exactly what he were doing. He explained the problem in simple terms, walked me through the repair process, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before proceeding. The repair was completed efficiently, and my refrigerator has been working perfectly ever since. What stood out most was his attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time. He also made sure to clean up after the work was done, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service was reliable, courteous, and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Sears A&E technicians to anyone needing appliance repair.
