It's been very frustrating working with Sears Appliance Repair company. This is actually the 5th trip on trying to fix the same problem. I came to believe that the problem could not be fixed. This last technician has fixed it, hopefully. A particular technician just comes to order parts upon parts. Another comes behind him infuriated to replace part ordered. Another cancels the appointment last minute at 5pm. Just this last technician has endeavored to do his job professionally.
