The service I received from Luis was wonderful, helpful, and professional. I have had him come to repair various appliances, and he is always a pleasure...Unfortunately, the company is a mess...they often cancel appointments and don't show up, even after appointments are confirmed daily. I had to reschedule my appointment 4 times before I had to speak to a manager...then someone came to repair my appliance at the very end of the day. I will never work with this company again. Very difficult to get help. There is no option to request help from a customer service person on the phone or the chat on the website. Terrible customer service. No notification of cancellations. I always had to call to find out why they hadn't shown or why my appointment was cancelled and rescheduled to their convenience.

Came ahead of the time stated, was courteous and professional Sears Home is too often unconcerned about the severity of customer needs. I called about my broken refrigerator and took two weeks with one cancellation before someone came to look at it. On the third week I’m finding out it cannot be fixed.. not having a refrigerator for three weeks was extremely difficult using a cooler I had to fill with ice every day, and trying not to eat spoiled food every day. Now after finally getting someone on the phone they are replacing it after approval and then at least a week for delivery.. almost a month with no refrigeration. So much for customer care. They need more qualified employees. When I get the final ok, I’ll write how grateful I am that they finally honored my contract.
