Had a tech come to my house this past Friday to do a Tune-up on my fridge and I didn't get his name and Sears did not sent me a text so that I could write a review about this tech and his work. This guy was great and worked on my fridge like it was his own. Cleaned and vacuumed the underside and it looked brand new. I hope this gets back to Sears. I want him to do any repairs I may have.

Not happy at all. Sears changes my appointment and never informs me. Technician comes and replaces the parts and tells me to call for another appointment since he does not do repairs he only installs the parts. Sears said that is not true and he should have repaired it. I am now going on a month in a half without my repair being completed. They have now told me I have to wait for another two weeks for someone to come. Horrible service. Long for the Sears of old who were competent.
